Turkey Day + Fall 2011 fashion releases

Hey everyone! Hopefully everyone enjoyed their thanksgiving...I think I enjoyed it a little too much. 

I ate sooo much and ended up being bloated like a mofo.The food was so amazing that I simply couldn't stop..suppose it will be extra hard workouts for me!

Anyhoo, here is my thanksgiving look:

The Hello Kitty sweater is from Forever 21, apart of their new 2011 collaboration with Sanrio.♥ I layered it with a black cami and red sleeveless top. (And yes...I have the messiest room in the world right now. :p)

Sweater: Forever 21

Sleeveless top + cami: Target
Jeans: H+M
Shoes: Target

Now looking at these photos, this outfit would've been perfect with a big red bow instead of a black one.

The bag is from Target and the coat is from sears. ^_^ Took me forEVAR to find a decent coat for the winter. hehe

My make-up:

Eyeshadow: E.l.f Ultimate Eyeshadow Palette

Lashes: Ardell

Eyeliner: Maybelline New York Line Express eyeliner in 'Ebony Black'

Lip color: Kat von D Painted love lip gloss in 'hellbent'

Foundation: Fashion Fair in 'Pure Brown'

A pretty simple look, but the style was conveyed just right! ♥

Now onto Fall 2011 fashion releases!

I went to Forever 21 the very first day that the Hello Kitty collection was to be released, but the store had very few items, which I was disappointed about.

^^This is some of what should've been available, but half of these items weren't at the store I went to, unfortunately. (Though F21 stores do tend to be a little messy, so it's possible I may have over looked them.) What I was really hoping to buy was the pink top with the Hello Kitty face on the side:

But the store didn't have it at ALL!  I believe there is a total of  two Forever 21 stores in my city, and the collection is supposedly running through the holidays so I guess I shall continue on with the search.

Around this time last year, Forever 21 collaborated with Disney and released their 'Minnie Muse' collection:

I really wish I'd taken advantage more of that release but I only bought like two items. (The sweatpants and the shirt with the black sleeves + Japanese writing.)

I'm hoping they do more cute character collaborations in the future...Forever 21 is one of my favorite stores and Minnie Mouse and Hello Kitty are two of my most favorite characters.♥

For younger girls, Gwen Stefani's "Harajuku Mini" line has DEFINITELY caught my eye. It's basically clothes for babies, toddlers and pre-teen girls:

                                       

       

I've seen some of these clothes in person, and these are honestly the most stylish and fashionable clothes I've ever seen for young kids in quite a while. Stuff that I most certainly would wear! The brand is sold at Target and the prices are pretty reasonable....I can usually wear an extra large in girls but for this brand, even the largest size is way too small. Gwen needs to release more in her fashon line for adults if she hasn't already!

Grrrr, I'd wanted to mention Tsubasa's new Dolly Wink collection that just came out, but I'm unable to find ANY info on it. I haven't even found any places online yet to buy it since it like just came out, but believe me, I'll be checking often! I have a pair of Dolly Wink lashes on the way as we speak. ^_~
