Recent gal OOTD’s! (=^・ω・^)y=

Hey everyone! How is everyone doing?
It has already gotten extremely cold here in Milwaukee and I strongly dislike it! Lol

Anyhoo I wanted to share with you guys a couple of cords I’ve put together. Legggo!

I tried out a different , kind of sultry glamorous eye look for a day out with my panda:

This look was actually inspired by pin-up style!
I’ve always admired pin-up style and I figured that was the perfect time to try out the look since I was out of bottom lashes (´∇ノ`*)ノ

Lenses: i.fairy ash green Lashes: Ebay

Primer: Smashbox Photo primer Concealer: L'oreal True Match concealer Foundation: Dream Matte Mousse by Maybelline
Eyebrows: Rimmel Brown eyebrow pencil Eyeliner: E.l.f liquid eyeliner in black Lip color: NYX cream lip color
I was really pleased with the elegant outcome! I wish I’d taken an outfit snap but this is the closest thing I have:

Lol its so not even clear what I was wearing  >__< sorry guys! =S
Anyway I was really pleased with the outcome!
That day we went to the mall and panda bought  me a cute pink bra from victoria’s secret! :D

I also got a free pair of undies with a coupon as well!
This is my first VS bra, and it is soooooo comfy and pretty and very inexpensive compare to their usual prices! (Not to mention it gives my boobs a significant difference lol (((o(*゚▽゚*)o)))
I also went to Lush and got two bath bombs and a free sample of yummy rose scented lotion.

I got the “sex bomb” bath bomb and “rose amandopando” bubble bar. I ‘m eager to try them out! I like shopping for bath products at lush because everything is inexpensive and the results are fantastic…I love how my skin feels after using them and since they’re made 100% all natural I don’t have to worry about my skin breaking out or catching nasty infections. If any of you princesses haven’t been to Lush yet you should definitely go! (They have a website online too )

I also attended a coworker’s reunion dinner and decided to gal it up for the event.
It was cold outside so I finally got to put to use my dreamV legwarmers!

Top: Kohls Belt: cant remember =S Shorts: Target Tights: Karina Zabete Legwarmers: Yumetenbo Shoes: Target
I love how warm these legwarmers are! And the detail on them is perfect…definitely money well spent
(^・ω・^ ) I went for a reeeally simple look that night, only cuz I didn’t feel like looking overdressed.
Still dolly ^_^
For the event we went to a restaurant called La Fuentas. It’s a Mexican restaurant on Milwaukee’s downtown/east side.
I liked the food there, though the customer service was absolutely terrible. =/

 strawberry dacquire that I had^^

Mexican pizza…it was borderline taco bell-ish, but really good never the less

It felt great catching up with all my old coworkers! These are definitely the people I created so many great memories with
(me with some of the ppl who attended^^)

Another look I was really pleased with is what I wore on my first day applying for school a few weeks ago!
I was definitely thinking “himekaji” that morning lol

Hoodie: Ebay
Jeggings: Target
Pink ribbon boots: Yumetenbo
My Melody bag: Ebay

It was WAAAAAAY early in the morning and I was SUPER tired…so unfortunately I wore no makeup which is why my face is covered haha~~
These boots are the best and again super warm! I’m really pleased with the quality of yumetenbo’s items lately…you really do get great quality for just a small amount of cash! ლ(⌒▽⌒ლ)

It was really interested going to the campus to apply because I got so many stares of awe from people because of what I had on. I was certain some people probably thought I was there to sign up for cosmetology or fashion and not baking/pastry arts lol ( ノ^ω^)ノ゚

And here's my most recent look from last weekend was kinda based on an anime/akiba girl style.

Pompom cream sweater: Kohls
Checkered lace skirt: Rue 21
Tights: Target
Black boots: Burlington Coat Factory
Bag: My flat in London
Beret: Forever21

I adored this outfit! It really brought out my youthful personality aha
I wanted the make-up to look innocent and anime-like too, so I opted out of lashes and went light on the blush.

Lenses: I.fairy Ash Green

Primer: Smashbox photo primer
Concealer:
L'oreal True Match concealer

  Foundation: Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse
Eyebrows: Rimmel eyebrow pencil in brown
Eyeliner: e.l.f liquid black liner along with e.l.f white eye shadow
Mascara: Benefit They're real! Mascara
Blush:
Maybelline dream bouncy
Lipcolor: Sinful colors

I like how I looked quite “doe-eyed” and doll like that day! Also I liked how this particular style of make-up does a good job of concealing my eye bulging due to my hyperthyroidism. Win-win situation for me!

That weekend panda, another friend of ours and I went to eat a BD Mongolian grill near Bayshore.
I absolutely love the food there omg. Every time we go I pile my bowl up until It’s overflowing!  XD

Yummy tropical Mai Tai I had

And my stir fry bowl….I put so much stuff in here I can’t even begin to tell you all what’s in there LOL.
BUT I did use beef, rice noodles and Mongolian bbq sauce…and lots n lots of veggies Heaven I say!

My darling panda muffin!

It was really really enjoyable!

And last but not least, here is my most recent co-ord from last weekend!

Top: Forever21
Belt:Can't remember =S
Beret: Beauty supply store :p
Shorts: Target
Tights: Target
Shoes: Yumetenbo
Bag: Target

Did a small amount of make:

Lenses: I.fairy Ash Green

Primer: Smashbox photo primer
Foundation: Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse
Concealer: L'oreal True Match concealer
Eyebrow: Rimmel Brown eyebrow pencil
Eye shadow: NYX color palette
Mascara:
Benefit They're real! mascara
Lip color: Revlon

It was just a simple day to hang out with friends and watch the UFC fights which I love.

It was a fun night! I’m really pleased with my coordination progression…can you believe at one point I considered this sort of thing to be difficult?! Now that it’s becoming easier I can tell I’m getting the hang of it which REALLY means a lot to me!

What do you guys think of my OOTD’s? Is there anything you would suggest to make the looks pop even more? Please let me know, feel free to comment! o((*^▽^*))o

Thanks so much for reading, I’ll be back soon!

Valentine's Day Treats! *(*´∀`*)☆

Hello everyone! How are you all doing?

Well today there was yet ANOTHER snow storm here in Milwaukee.  -__- This time there seemed to be more snow than the last storm, because when I went outside it went up to my ankles.

So pretty, but so cold!

I like the snow, but once again I chose a day like this to update my blog and tell you about all the yummy things I've eaten lately!

As you all know, Valentine's Day day arrived! ღ*~ This holiday makes me think of sweets, pink, hearts and love...four things that I love so much!

Although me and Panda had to work on Valentine's Day   we enjoyed it by celebrating it the night before at home!  We enjoyed it by having a beautiful romantic dinner made by yours truly.

For my #2 dish of yumminess for the month of February, I made heart-shaped chicken pot pie with rice pilaf and served it with pink moscato.

I was so happy the heart shape turned out nice! (Besides the bottom lol)

Later we added heart-shaped ice cubes to the moscato.

I used my older sister's recipe for the pot-pie, and Panda loved it! I'm planning on making it again soon...it's just that good.

Now onto gifts!

Panda got me a giant teddy bear and a chocolate box!
He brought the humongous bear up to my job and gave it to me in front of everyone. That made my heart really melt. Panda and I don't really get to spend much time together because of our jobs, but when we do we always make it count.

For week #3 of my February baking I was supposed to make an all natural strawberry milkshake and a pink lady cake, but unfortunately I got the flu! Every since then I've been super busy, so I am going to try and make the cake this weekend.

Thankfully I did end up making the strawberry shake for Panda and I!

I borrowed this recipe since it used real strawberries and not strawberry flavor.

They were really really good!

In the next coming weeks I will finish up my Valentine's day treats which include Pink Lady Cake, Heart Shaped Whoopie Pies and Chocolate Covered Pretzels. Yum!

Besides all of the Love-themed cooking I've been doing, I've also sampled other love themed treats as well all throughout the month of February!

I kind of went crazy and tried almost everything I saw, lol

A delicious box of chocolate that I treated myself to from my job.
Oh was it yummy! And the packaging was gorgeous:

Bought heart-shaped rice crispies:

Heart marshmallows and Pink/Red candy and candy dishes:

(not sure why it's upside down lol)

Heart shaped doughnut:
Yeah...I was disappointed when I found out it wasn't filled!
But I should stop eating these things anyway, lol.

Last but not least I want to show you some of my buys from the last couple of weeks!

Got the cutest love shojo keychain from Starlight Deco Dream!:

Rilakkuma pill cases:

Cute shoes (kinda Hime style):

Spilled coffee on my stockings :'(

My Melody wastebasket:

My Melody calendar:

And I also have new hair!

I adore the gradient colors!

Well my dears that's about it for this post. See you all soon and thanks for reading!!
